Superb service and very helpful staff

I've been using PayPlan since 2007 when I was in a dire financial situation and didn't know where to turn. They were recommended to me by the Citizens Advice Bureau, and from Day 1 they completely took away the stress of dealing with demanding creditors, and set me on a new and affordable course of monthly repayments with all my creditors. The annual reviews are very helpful where I can discuss other options. I must say all the advisors I've spoken with at PayPlay over the years have been so helpful, efficient and kind. I have recommended them to any of my friends who have suffered financial difficulties over these last 16 years. Reviewed on: 17th June 2023
