Outstanding service

When I first went to payplan I was in a real bad place financially and mentally! It was so degrading explaining my finances and the position I was in but payplan were very sympathetic and had a lot of empathy for me! There was no judgement from them as to the mess I had got myself in! They dealt with all of my creditors which took so much stress away from me so I could concentrate on getting better mentally wise! They continue to be supportive and non judgemental! Thanks to them I have reduced my debt significantly! Thank you Reviewed on: 19th June 2023
