I'd never go back to a high street bank!

As the title suggests, Monzo have changed the way I look at banking for the better. I used to be all about traditional over the counter service, but since moving my current account to Monzo I've not looked back. The simplicity and having everything on an app, the ability to still immediately contact people, the speed at which digital processes and transactions are completed,, everything is just brilliant. The app has always performed flawlessly for me, I've never experienced any issues with accessing money of making payments. The security is at just the right level to be reassuring without driving you mad. They are, quite simply, brilliant! Reviewed on: 19th June 2023

The support you need

Payplan have always been a genuinely helpful and friendly company to deal with. They have listened to me and understood my situation whenever I have interacted with them. The staff are friendly, knowledge, and you really get the sense that they are on your side and actually want to help you. Since moving my debt solution to payplan I've felt so much more relaxed and in control. I know they're only a call or email away if I need them, and I know they'll have my back.
