A friendly voice at a very tough time

2009, I found myself made redundant. It was like a shock to the system and I was totally unprepared for it. Having done some research I contacted Payplan and they were great. I was particularly worried about a bank loan I had (amongst a few credit cards as well). The bank were being very, very regimented and very litigious in their approach (despite me having a flawless 20+ years with them). Pauplan were like a breath of fresh air. They told me exactly how to approach things, what to expect and not to stress about some of the tactics the bank was using. The letters and phone calls reduced massively.
