Payplan have been great with me from start to finish. No fees and i remeber all my options being exolained at the start. Nothing is too much trouble. Im on a debt management plan and my case worker Ines is always quick to respond and really goes above and beyond. I've been in a position to gain settlement figures for some of my debts and they really work hard to get the best possible outcome fast. No hassle, paying/transferring is simple and even the small queries and questions, they're happy to answer or follow up on. Reviewed on: 21st June 2023
