Helped me so much - less stress & anxiety

PayPlan have helped me tremendously and still do in sorting out my debt into a more manageable payment every month. They are so understanding and compassionate and in times where I haven’t been able to make my monthly payment or needed to reduce this down, right from the height of the pandemic when I was on furlough pay which was a whole other level of stress financially, family illnesses and then to me falling pregnant and being on statutory maternity pay as a single parent. Through all of these tough times in my life I have always been able to explain my situation and PayPlan have always understood and found a way to relieve any added stress or pressure whilst trying to keep me on track with repaying my debt.
