All the stress taken away

I couldn't have been more happy when I was put in touch with Payplan by my bank, they listened to my worries without judgement, as we all know it's hard to talk about money at the best of times!. I spoke with an advisor who was really good and understanding to my worries, they passed my details on to a caseworker who went through all of my outgoings and worked out what I could afford. I felt relieved that there was help out there. They contacted all my creditors and set up payment plans with them, it took a couple of weeks for them all to reply but when it was set up I was so grateful and my worries started to ease. Even the after care service has been second to none, everytime I'm sent a letter from a creditor I just upload via the app and they take care of it for you. They reply via the app and it all works very well. If you are in debt and struggling with your finances I wouldn't hesitate to give Payplan a call. They will help you not judge you.
