Payplan lifted the weight

Payplan have been so understanding and empathetic to my situation. They are always helpful and responsive to messages via the app quickly. They reassure me and keep me on track. Payplan have spoke to all my creditors on my behalf and set up arrangement plans. I was in a financial mess and drowning in debt but they have helped me take back control. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

Helpful friendly patient

Payplan have been absolutely fantastic with helping me out of a terrible situation. My husband passed away leaving me unable to work due and when I could go back to work only part time hours because of the children. My debts were high 30k+ from hoise rennovations and my income had reduced significantly. Payplan helped structure my outgoings into an affordable monthly amount. They spoke to all my creditors and they stopped interest and charges. Payplan have always been so kind on the telephone and email and through the app. I'm so grateful to them as I couldn't have managed all this myself whilst coping with a bereavement.
