I contacted payplan to discuss my options when I was in a bad place with debt. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The process for setting up a DMP with them was very straightforward and they took care of everything completely free of charge. They are always easy to get in touch with, always very helpful and pro-actively reach out if there is anything that needs addressing. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023
