Understanding and friendly

Ive been dealing with B2C now for a year or just over a year after falling into trouble after I was furloughed through covid. They have helped me so much by creating a plan for me that is affordable to me, they have dealt with all communications to my creditors and all I got to do is make sure the funds are in for my direct debit every month.
