Phoned to make a change on policy before it started

Called to change partners date of birth After trying to sell different extras They wavered the £25 because the policy hadn’t started then said there would be a £30 fee for my partner being 51 instead of 61 Absolutely unbelievable Canceled Reviewed on: 24th June 2023
