Having been made redundant due to mental health problems, after over 20 years of teaching, I found myself in dire financial difficulties. Eventually I contacted PayPlan, & to say we’re excellent is actually an understatement! I have been fully informed on every step of my journey to financial recovery. Options were explained clearly & any effects to my financial standing. PayPlan dealt with whom I had financial problems, very efficiently & finally gave me, a very important sense of confidence in dealing with the extremely distressing situation I was facing.
