Personable and efficient

I was supported immediately and guided towards the right product for me. Straight away I was directed to wider support alongside just financial support and provided with relevant logins. My direct debit has been consistent and I’ve had no issues at all. The customer service team have answered all queries immediately and explained them in a manner that was easy to understand.
