Disappointed. Lost money

Very disappointed with Monese. They have blocked my account last Wednesday. I’ve been calling them everyday to find out why. I had £2000. No money to pay rent, buy food. What they say? Someone will contact you. Why it’s called customer service when you don’t receive any support????? Want my money back now!!!! Reviewed on: 29th June 2018
