A totally incompetent outfit

Tried making a car insurance claim - it was so painful and chat with their BOT as they don’t have a phone line to talk properly on the phone, or if they do, it’ll drive you towards their chat BOT and you’ll end up wasting hours and hours trying to get any sense out of One Call Insurance, AVOID .
