I hate setting up new online anything, and sure enough, I ran into trouble when trying to get the password, ID and memorable phrase to work in harmony. I rang the helpline with low expectations but was answered quickly by a human who talked me though the quirks of the system. They remained patient despite my ADHD approach to data. I now save regularly and it all works perfectly. I am delighted to be with a properly ethical savings bank. The website is very simply laid out which suits me fine.
