Brilliant customer service

Lee who helped me was amazing he walked me through everything at a steady pace and in a way I could understand, he also gave me plenty of information and stuck with me while I tried to find all my debt details, definitely has the right mind for customer service and with all the serious issues we were talking about we were still able to fit in a few laughs here and there which definitely helped to brighten my mood for someone who suffers with depression and anxiety Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

Every representative that I have spoken too has always been calm and helpful, the payment plan is affordable and if you have trouble paying the amount each month and you have proof they set up a new payment plan which get revaluated after 6 months, would recommend 100% Reviewed on: 2nd July 2023
