Awful awful awful customer care

We applied for a redemption on the official form on the company website. They finished it a day early which potentially could have cost us £1000’s The nightmare began as it as ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT PLATFORM. We have wasted hours and hours on the phone often with two phones at a time waiting to get through.This us without doubt the worst company of any type I have ever had to deal with.
