Seem to do all possible to not pay a claim

Moved my Company's Insurance from AXA to Vitality - what a mistake! Will be going back at the end of the year. Tried making a claim today and after a 20 minutes wait eventually got my call answered. Spent 30 minutes explaining that I needed physio after a sporting injury and after being put on hold twice eventually was told that my local physio would be good to use. BUT I couldn't arrange myself, I had to go through another triage with Nuffield the following day for 30 minutes to explain everything again to them that I had explained to the Vitality lady..This claim will probably take me nearly 90 minutes to make...with AXA these calls were 5-10 minutes and the staff on the phone could give you the go ahead immediately...Vitality are seemingly doing everything possible to waste yours (and their) time which is why it takes so long to get the phone answered!
