Took a huge heavy weight off my head and shoulders!

PayPlan were fantastic. The compassion and empathy from them, the care they took to ensure no stone was unturned, the process was mind blowing, and though it was overwhelming, it elevated so much stress from me. I never expected such a experience was ever possible as I was swamped in debt. The sleepless nights, the constant fear of the postman delivery the next letter, PayPlan took that all away. The service they provided me was very diligent and I could trust the process and be confident in letting them take control of the process. It was such a relief after the first call I made, going through everything. My advice would be, get every SINGLE debt, loan, credit card balance written down as accurate as it is the day you decide to call PayPlan, write down every bill, direct debit, standing order, subscription etc you pay out monthly/weekly etc, and have an idea what you spend on food, petrol, essentials etc, and then call PayPlan, as this will help speed things up in getting support with you money worries. Then PayPlan will help you with an affordable budget, see ways you can save, and come up with a way forward through the darkness….. there IS light at the end if the tunnel. I can not recommend PayPlan enough, they made my day the day I took the bold decision to face my debt problem and call them. The app is great too! To see my finances on the PlayPlan budget sheet and the app was a huge eyeopener as I have always been useless at budgeting. PayPlan changed thar for me. Don’t bury your head in sand like I did, call PayPlan and just talk to them, they were ever so patient with me on the phone, I asked lots of questions, and I got lots of clarity.
