Best bank i have been with.

Everything is just as it should be. Secure, efficient banking with excellent customer service and real people on the phone if you need help. The app is excellent too. I really appreciate the fact I get a ping as soon as I make sny transaction. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Much prefer Chase to the stuffy old banking systems

Very simple to set up the account. I feel very secure when shopping, especially as transaction alerts are on my phone immediately so if someone else was able to access my account, I would know immediately. I didn't know where to turn them I found out about Step Change.

I found Step Change by accident. I had been receiving advice from a company with a very similar name. I became suspicious when they told me they would do a budget for me and on receiving it, there were some figures inflated to pad it out. I told that company I had changed my mind but they did pester me for a few days until I told them I was with Step Change and please stop calling me. It was such a different experience with Step change; every person I have spoken with was immediately respectful, reassuring and helpful. They presented me with suitable options of debt solutions unlike the previous company who led me down what would have been the worse path to take. I will be eternally grateful to Step Change.
