Biggest mistake I made in 2023

One Call should rename their service….Do not bother to call! £30 New business surcharge, who on earth charges for new customers. Then in cooling off period, should you wisely change your mind and decide not to take up policy, there is a £49.99 charge to cancel policy before it even starts. In my case I have now received a letter charging me for a misrepresented claims history (fictitious) which I am unable to query as chat line disconnected me from 3 rd in queue after 15 minute wait.
