I was in a terrible state both mentally and financially and didn't know what to do about either! A friend of mine recommended contacting Stepchange and it was the best thing I ever did, they contacted all my creditor's and arranged an affordable action plan to pay them back, they take a payment once a month and pay my creditors which has taken a huge weight off of my shoulders, their advice has been brilliant and the website is very user friendly so I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with debt Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Saved my sanity

I started to lose my business during covid and then the cost of living nailed the final nail in its coffin! I was left with huge debts and being hounded for payments left me with some very dark thoughts until I saw an advert on TV for stepchange, igot in touch and thier advice was brilliant it was so easy to fill out the online forms etc, they then did all the frustrating stuff like contacting my creditor's and set up my payment plan, you can view your plan in your online account any time and make any changes if your circumstances change, I'd would highly recommend them to anyone that is struggling with debt Reviewed on: 10th July 2023
