Poor service

First poor experience was a cracked windscreen - crack was getting bigger but I had to wait almost a month to get it repaired. My current experience is they encourage you to complete claim form online and then it commutes to it's the other parties fault irrespective of what you put on your claim form. The fault was all mine, so rather than put the other person through the nonsense I went through a few years ago, where the other party accepted the blame at the time but his boss didn't want to pay out, I paid for the other person's car repairs and she's all sorted. In the meantime, I'm met with silence on my car and when you email them you get a stupid standard text back and nothing moves forward. Changing my car soon, and my car insurance company!
