I recently went on holiday and purchased travel ready from Halifax. Bought some jewellery for 10,000$. Only to be charged £300 for the privilege. On the phone for 58 minutes to register complaint. Initial reaction from them was they refund charges. Taking it further to FCA if no joy very poor customer relations
