Pathetic returns and delay in investment values and cash out

Cashed out at a lower price than I invested, when I cashed out the price shown on the app was £800 higher than the money received, when I rang Nat West invest they stated that the price seen on the app is a couple of days out of date and that it can take up to two days to cash out, this means that price you will get is 4 days out of date.
