Again and again

I've used Ikano bank for several personal loans and always found them to be spot on. Rates are low and Repayments are flexible. I've always paid my loans off before the original term and there are no charges to do that. Customer service has always been great and they don't mither you with emails or texts. Perfect!

The whole process was just so easy and the money was in my bank in less than 24 hours. Communication has been great so far and when I wanted to change my Direct debit date that was also very straight forward. Assistance was offered when I enquired how to do it but I didn't need it as I just followed the simple instructions. I Definitely recommend these guys! Reviewed on: 11th July 2023
