Vanquis was a really good and they started my credit...

Vanquis was a really good and they started my credit rating going in the right direction,which I give them 10 out 10 but , for some unowned reasons they have put my interest rates up to 41% variable interest rate which is really bad when I've never missed a payment and always paid more than the minimum amount every month, and my credit rating is in really good shape, so when I received the letter telling me I decided to pay off the card and only use that one in an emergency, which is a shame .but if it wasn't for that sharp rise in interest rate , then I would be using the card quite often. Great company

They gave me a credit card and helped me get my credit rating up where it should be , I've had no problems with customer services they have always helped me if I needed them , so as far as I am concerned, I give them top scores Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
