Very responsive; comprehensive advice

We dealt with Laura B when putting our mortgage in place, and this was our first experience dealing with obtaining a mortgage. Laura was super responsive and was readily available to speak to over the phone - where she was able to provide regular updates and answer any specific questions. We found this to be a really pleasant experience, and any hiccups along the way were met with a sympathetic ear and a pragmatic solution. Reviewed on: 12th July 2023
