When I found courage to call stepchange as was really anxious and depressed about my situation and to call them thinking I could be told off! I was so far from the truth as they were really sympathetic and kind to me especially as I was in floods of tears and without the help I recieved I really don’t know if I would b here doing this review! My time speaking to people at Step Change

Worried myself to actually being sick! So very nervous an scared to call as until I broke many bones I was a manager earning much more than now pips/pension But I need not have worried cus each person I spoke an cruel to were so very lovely and kind to me They actually made my self esteem grow so I didn’t feel worthless bout asking for help! Really don’t know how I would be now if hadn’t called them! Absolutely amazing everyone of them and just Thanku really loads for being so kind but also professional by sorting me out xx❤️ Reviewed on: 13th July 2023
