Unfortunately after over 45 years of accident-free towing whilst instinctively avoiding a pothole my van clipped a fence. Result: I made a claim. Ripe insurance staff, especially Penny Jenkins, were most helpful during the process. Suffice to say that a Bailey recommended repair shop sorted damage to my van out and my claim was settled quickly, without fuss. I have and will continue to recommend Ripe Caravan Insurance to my friends and fellow Caravaners. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
