Lack of branches

When I opened my account initially there were many branches to go to, however now I have only 1 in my town of Eastbourne, It is not conveniently located end necessitates driving into town. To further frustrate me they have now updated their computer log in, so I'm unable to use my I-pad to access my account. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023

Great organisation to do business with.

The renewal price this year was superior to other companies contacted, albeit more expensive than last year, but considerably cheaper than the other companies. The renewal process was simple and effected with a simple phone call, the staff are very helpful. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
