Great Insurance Cover

We had to claim on our insurance when our caravan was less than a year old , when we were on holiday in France. The prompt, efficient and courteous service we had from the club was brilliant. On a previous occasion years ago , again whilst in France , I fell and dislocated my elbow. We went to the hospital and got the treatment and called the club's insurance to say we might need an earlier ferry home. From then,the care we received from the club was unbelievable. They kept in touch by phoning up to see how I was and to ask if we needed any more help. At one time I had a 3 way conversation with myself the club and a doctor who was reviewing my x-ray which the the club asked me to fax over. The claim in both cases was settled very,very quickly.
