Tv Replacement

Terrible company i had bern waiting ayear then decided to give me a payment of £479 and had a expensive samsung curved 3d 4k which i payed nearly £2000 and they said they dont make those tvs no more so giving yiu a like to like tv but without my approval they sent me £479 so disappointed not worth it at all been paying them for years been calling them and sending emails all they do is ignore them they rrady to get direct debits from you but when it comes to sort our things out they pay you a low payment or cheap tvs Dont Trust this company at all sick of contacting them they dont listen or care.
