Poor contact

I have been with Admiral for a number of years. They have steadily increased the premium at a higher rate than others as all insurance companies do to loyal customers. They have then decided not to renew my policy this time - no explanation of any sort. I have then tried to contact them and there isn't an email I can contact on, their chat system doesn't work. Useless! Very disappointing, I thought they were better than this! Reviewed on: 18th July 2023
