Great Mortgage Interest Rates but Room for Improvement in Client Care

I have been with Lloyds Mortgage for 7 years, and their mortgage deal is very competitive. However, I have had several issues with asking for things to be changed and unfortunately they failed to successfully implement the instruction correctly on several occasions. Overall I am happy with the product from Lloyds Bank. Reviewed on: 11th September 2016
