Fine until renewal

The initial policy covered everything I needed and came n at a good price. However when it came to the renewal, even though I had an email which stated how much the new policy would be, again at a good price, when I telephoned I was informed that the cost would be three times the amount stated on the email. No amount of negotiation was able to resolve this so sadly I moved to a different and more affordable insurer. If this hadn’t happened I would have stayed. I think I insuredwith Just Travel about three times. Reviewed on: 19th July 2023
