Oops but all good in the end

Unable to get to Gatwick due to very bad road conditions with heavy snow. Claim not accepted at first because flight not cancelled. but persistence paid off, insurance does not start at an airport but from the moment you step out of your house. Referred to underwriters who agreed the claim. Reviewed on: 4th July 2018
