Great customer service , great product .

Whenever we have had a query about our insurance or needed a copy of anything .The staff at Caravan guard have always been friendly and efficient and able to assist. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and we have always been very satisfied . It' their customer service that makes us want to renew with them and fir us they are great value for money as they give us peace of mind knowing that when we need them they will be there to help .Unlike the experience a relative had with another company. You don't have to be on your guard with them

Whenver I havee needed to contact Caravan Guard with a query or to notify them of a change of vehicle . I have always been impressed by the friendliness , efiiciency and knowledge of their staff . A relative was insured with another firm and when they had to make a claim - despite them advertising as being a motorhome specialist insurer they were actually underwritten by a firm that had no knowledge of motorhomes which made the whole experience even more stressful . Caravan Guard know about Motorhomes and Caaravans this is obvvious from my contact with them . I have already recommended them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 30th July 2023
