Exasperating Contact Process

Attempted to contact Customer Services by telephone on 3 July at 12 noon, and apart from the never ending options to choose from, found that all representatives were busy, eventually I opted to keep my place in the queue by asking for a call back. I rang again at 15.27 as not received a call back. It would seem that it usually takes 24-48 hours for a call back. At 19.08 received a call from an unrecognised number - not answered - the caller left a message which was impossible to decipher because of his strong Indian accent. After listening to the message a number of times managed to identify the tel. No. of Kent Reliance. I was not expecting a call out of business hours and was definitely not prepared to repeat the process of contacting Customer Services again. I decided to transfer my account to another provider.
