Help when needed

I had my holiday booked and had a yearly policy with another company when I rng to say I needed a second single policy as I was going to be away more than the 45 days covered by current policy was told could not cover me for the required length and also when my policy was due for renewal would be reduced to 30 days. They did give me a phone number to contact who passed me to yourselves who could not have been more helpfull and turned my day from worried and upset by sorting a yearly policy for me which covered this trip plus any more trips up to 90 days at a time.
