Dont even bother

Absolutely do not trust this company. They are very happy to tell you bathroom leaks are covered on their tv adverts. However in reality they will not investigate your claim properly and try to wriggle out wherever possible. The trap under my bath failed and leaked, it flooded downstairs and caused some damage to the joists. They tried to pass this off for other reasons. The reason I got house insurance was to give my family security that we were covered in events like this. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
