First time insuring a motor home

After caravanning for over 30 years we became motorhome owners earlier this year. Knowing how important having the correct insurance is we set about obtaining quotations from the leading clubs together with companies specialising in insuring motorhomes and Saga who offer insurance to the over 50's. Not having a no claims record for a motorhome I expected some quotes to be quite expensive and I was not disappointed. We eventually settled on a policy from the Caravan and Motorhome Club and whilst not being the cheapest offered the best terms and conditions at a competitive premium. Knowing that the product was offered by the Caravan and Motorhome Club gave us the confidence to know this was the policy for us. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2023
