Do not give renewal quote in enough time

As an insurance provider they don’t have to do anything 99.9% of the time and so it’s quite hard to rate a service that just basically takes money for no real world return. However, their auto renewal process is severely flawed. They are supposed to send the renewal quote in enough time for a customer to assess and then make a decision. Kingsbridge send the renewal quote 10 minutes before taking the payment. I’m currently investigating the legality of this action. I cannot, consciously, recommend them on this basis and will be moving to a new provider next year. Reviewed on: 24th July 2023
