Horrible tactics, pressurised selling.

My partner contacted One call to update her insurance as she's moved in with me. We are 7 doors down the road from her previous address, have greater security, are further and less visible from the public highway. The change resulted in a quote that was a 200% increase on her premium. When my partner said she wanted to see if this was competitive, the agent effectively cancelled her insurance - reducing her cover to RTA only with immediate effect unless she took the new premium.
