How every 'bank' should be

I can't rate Nationwide highly enough. Their products are extremely good value for money; their staff friendly helpful & respectful, and of course their ethos means you know that they are doing right by you, instead of lining the pockets of shareholders and fat cat CEOs. The FlexPlus account is excellent value - the breakdown cover, travel insurance and mobile phone insurance have all been used by me and there has never been a single issue.
