Accomodating and Helpful, and highly efficient

Having taken out insurance for an event which was then scuppered by the Covid "non-christmas", Event Insurance not only held the cover over until the date was rearranged (about 4 months later), but, unlike many other companies, when re-contacted after that time knew what the situation was, and rearranged the new cover (at NO extra cost) within minutes. Well done Event Insurance. If only all organisations were as efficient and helpful. Reviewed on: 26th July 2023
