Absolutely awful company - do not believe the hype

1
Do not insurance your pets with this company. I signed up to them in February and it's the biggest mistake I ever made. They have been awful from day 1. it took them 10 weeks to pay my first claims. They upheld a complaint I made about the time scales, agreeing it was too long, and then have taken 4 weeks and counting to pay continuation two claims. No explanation, no request for additional info from me or my vet, a rude response with a load of nonsense that does not apply to me from customer services but still no actual payment or explanation. Hundreds of people are in the same boat with them. Appalling company. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Reviewed on: 12th September 2023

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

1
Utterly appalling. My claim has still not been paid after 10 weeks. Never dealt with an insurance company like it. It’s totally pointless having a policy. Whatever you do, don’t get their insurance if you have a rescue animal. Utterly buzzard experience. I’m disgusted. They ignore emails, don’t follow their own procedures, ignore complaints. All in all they act like a scam company and don’t even deserve the 1 star I am forced to give them. My vet tells me they have clients that have been waiting since last summer for their claims to be paid. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Reviewed on: 26th July 2023
