I very much regret taking a mortgage out with this building society. Worst lender I’ve encountered in over 30 years. Customer service is non existant. They want an insane amount of information when it comes to borrowing anything and then tell me that I can’t afford £5k extra on my mortgage even though my salary just increased by £14k. Won’t use the again.
