I don't know where to start and where to end . First , the advisor that I spoke to and got Me into the plan just dissappeared after my first payment. He wasn't answering the emails nothing. I had to call the company which had no idea about my account. I never got an email with more details about my creditors and were the money will go and how much. After talking with another advisor after my second payment I received an email with their proposal to the creditors which they waited them to be accepted. So where did the 2 months payment went if they still waited for the plan to be aproved ? I received letters from some of my creditors so I called them and they said they haven't been contacted by anyone about my depts neither received any payment. So I called again and there was another advisor that told me to call two of my creditors as they claimed they never got back to them. I had to call my creditor my self which due to serious stress problems it was something I was avoiding and that's why I decided to pay Back2Credit to contact them for me. Otherwise what ? I could just call them all myself and make my own plan but I didn't want to I paid them to do it for me. So the third month I just didn't pay them and told them I don't need them anymore . No help from them at all there is nothing positive to say and thanks god I realised fast before my family and friends used that company in the future Reviewed on: 27th July 2023
